Welcome, Vendors!
On behalf of everyone at Georgetown Speedway and The Old Fashioned Sussex County 4th of July Celebration, we extend a warm welcome and sincerely thank you for being part of this year's event.
Your participation helps make this celebration a special experience for the thousands of families who will join us throughout the holiday weekend. Below are the important details to help make your arrival and setup as smooth as possible.
★ Where to Check In
Vendor registration takes place at the White Trailer located at the Pit Gate Entrance — look for the Orange Star on the vendor map below.
All vendors are required to check in before setting up. Your booth location and vendor parking pass will be assigned during registration. Any vendor who sets up without first checking in will be asked to relocate to their assigned booth space.
Registration & Setup Day

- Vendors who check in and set up on Friday do not need to check in again on Saturday.

- Live Music on the Midway Stage5:00 – 9:00 PM
- Atlantic Pro Pulling League Tractor Pull6:00 – 9:00 PM

We respectfully ask that all vendors remain open through the conclusion of the Tractor Pull at 9:00 PM.
Independence Day
Registration is for any vendor who did not attend on Friday. While we understand scheduling conflicts may arise, we respectfully encourage all vendors to participate on both Friday and Saturday whenever possible.
- Registration again takes place at the White Trailer at the Pit Gate Entrance (Orange Star on the map below).
- All new Saturday vendors must check in before setting up.
- Booth assignments and parking passes will be issued during registration for new vendors.

- Evening Event Gates Open5:00 PM
- Tractor Pull Exhibition6:30 – 7:30 PM

To provide the best experience for our guests, all vendors are required to remain open through the conclusion of the fireworks display.
Final Day of the Celebration
Sunday participation is completely optional for vendors who would like to stay for the final day of the celebration.
- Carnival & Vendor Midway Open2:00 PM – Approx. 7:00 PM
No additional vendor registration is required for vendors who participated on Friday or Saturday. We encourage any vendors who are available to join us for one more day as families continue to enjoy the holiday weekend.

A Few Reminders
- Please display your vendor parking pass at all times.
- Follow the directions of event staff when arriving and parking.
- For safety reasons, vehicles will not be permitted in the vendor midway during public event hours.
- Please keep your booth area clean throughout the weekend and remove any trash when departing.
